Enterprise Hospitality Management, Outsourcing Economics and Value Creation: A Case Study

Every organization has several stakeholders including customers and vendors, who often visit frequently, in many cases have to stay overnight some for days. Enterprise hospitality management (EHM) a large business firm accordingly becomes an important organizational function as customers, other trading partners the company every now then. In view of importance EHM, firms generally maintain their own guesthouses or transit accommodation visitors. However, there can arise situations when numbers visitors are much more than they be internally accommodated guesthouse. Visitors such either turned away hotels which most organizations contractual arrangement with them. this paper it been attempted study comparative economics guesthouse versus hotel accomodation by collecting analyzing complete one year data parameters. It was found that at existing levels movements organization, maintaining company's is very desirable economically viable, should diverted only occupancy 'full' otherwise only.
